This programme lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Professional in our pool. During your adventure you will master some basic concepts and scuba skills and might even head off to experience an open water adventure.

Trial Dives

Value For Money. Starting at just £15, you will get professional help and cover at all times whilst you try this new and rapidly growing sport. All equipment is provided, your session should last 1 hour.

 

 

PADI Open Water Diver

PADI Open Water Diver. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world, you have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional. Throughout the course you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives.

Costs £310 - This includes what you will need for the course; equipment, course manual, log book, dive planning tables, etc. We don't charge for extra time needed should you run into difficulties with one or two elements of the course, though this rarely happens.

Almost anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. If you are between 10 and 14 there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available. Your course starts at our Robinson Pool venue.

 

 

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Extend your range and experience! - Ready to go further?
This is the course to choose if you want to extend both your depth limit and your experience of several different areas of diving.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver - By completeing five dives, each looking at a special area of diving, you'll earn your Advanced Open Water Diver certification. Allowing you to dive to 30 metres, this course also builds your knowledge, experience and diving confidence.

How Much Will It Cost?
Our Advance Open Water course is currently just £200. This includes what you will need for the course; course manual, equipment etc. Please note that we don't charge for extra time needed should you run into difficulties with one or two elements of the course, though this rarely happens.

Anyone qualified to Open Water standard can start the course. Courses take place at an inland dive site, normally Stoney Cove. We run the course throughout the year.

 

 

PADI Rescue Diver

Can You Hack It When The Chips Are Down?
Can you make the critical difference? With the right training you could well make all the difference when divers are at risk. Use all of your skills and diving knowledge to find lost buddies underwater, to help panicked divers, to revive unconscious patients and to maintain vital life systems until professional help arrives.

What Is Rescue Diver?
The PADI Rescue Diver course will expand your knowledge and experience beyond purely recreational level because you will learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is also a very enjoyable way to build your confidence.

How Much Will It Cost?
Our Rescue Diver courses are just £225.00. This includes all that you will need for the course; your course manual, badge and certificate etc. You will need a current CPR First Aid certification before beginning - ask now about our package deal on EFR (the latest in first aid courses) and Rescue Diver.

What Are The Benefits?
You will be ready to deal with emergency incidents involving divers, whether on shore, on the surface, or underwater with a new confidence. In addition to that you will have the qualification that you need to go on to Divemaster!

 

 

PADI Divemaster

Become a Qualified PADI Divemaster Take the first step in your dive career and become a PADI Divemaster. Working closely with a PADI Instructor you will expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills as you become a dive professional. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities by training you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

What Can a PADI Divemaster Do?
Assist PADI Instructors with students.

Lead PADI Scuba Divers on guided dive tours.

  • Teach and certify PADI Skin Divers.
  • Teach PADI Discover Snorkeling programs.
  • Conduct PADI Scuba Review programs for certified divers.
  • Lead certified divers on Discover Local Diving experiences.
  • Work at local dive centers, on live-aboard dive boats, yachts and at exotic resort locations.

What Special Materials Will I Need?
The PADI materials needed can be included in the total cost of your programme at a much discounted rate.

How Much Will It Cost?
Our basic Divemaster course is currently just £350. We don't charge for extra time needed should you run into difficulties with any elements of the course, though this rarely happens.

Who, What, Where & When?
You will need to be 18 years or older, a PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent, in good health, reasonably fit, and have carried out at least twenty dives at the start of the course. You will need to have logged a total of at least sixty dives on completion. You can start your course at almost any time. Completion time depends upon your progress during the course, and the amount of time that you can commit. You can pay in full, or buy your course pack now for £50, then the rest on the first full day. Please call in advance to discuss this course.

 

 

Enriched Air Diver

Enriched Air can greatly increase your dive times, and is now available in most diving locations, often for free! A one day session looking at all aspects of Enriched Air usage is both challenging and enjoyable. Covering dive planning, equipment and many other areas of knowledge, you'll be ready to complete two dives at your leisure, to achieve this really useful ticket.

Our Enriched Air Diver course is currently just £100. This includes what you will need for the course; course manual, etc. Please note that we don't charge for extra time needed should you run into difficulties with one or two elements of the course, though this rarely happens.

Who, Where, What & When?
Anyone with a diving qualification from Open Water Diver upwards can start the course. Courses take place Bedford or we can arrange to come to your house. We run the course throughout the year.
